Fraxtor Capital was founded in 2019 by Ms Rachel Teo and Mr Oliver Siah, seasoned real estate veterans with more than 30 years of combined industry experience in real estate development and investment management in Singapore, Australia, the UK and Germany.
FC Investment Management Pte. Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Fraxtor Capital responsible for real estate investment management. The company oversees the administration of assets within the company’s portfolio.
